Tell us about it...

iTunesU - iTunesU offers teachers and students a variety of free content from various universities. iTunesU is organized by both school and subject matter. Teachers can show part of a lecture or audio recording.

Here is a link to lots of great educational apps for iPad, iPhone or iPod touch. The links are organized by subject area.

Garage Band - included on every Mac - makes it simple to create and share podcasts.

Try Audacity (a free download...http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) if you use a Windows operating system. Garage Band can be used to make podcasts, a presentation that allows you to use images, music (multiple tracks if you wish) and a recorded voice. Students love using Garage Band to create podcasts!

iWeb - iWeb is a software program on the Mac that allows you to build your own web presence. There is a fee to use the site ($100 per year), but it allows you to podcast, blog, share videos, add widgets, and do many other interactive features. http://web.me.com/mrallocco is the iWeb site that I use in my classroom.

iMovie - allows you to create shorts and documentaries for video projects or to introduce a topic.
